the peninsula south bay east bay riddled with pipes all lot of these large transition pipes. there are two sections that are of concern. in livermore. pg&e has declared these types of great concern to them. they were tried to justify a rate increase and they said they would need to upgrade these two sections of pipe because it was at the top of the list for priority. why is it considered these high-risk it did not elaborate. they took into consideration the age of the pipe its that proximity to dense population and what
